30 pumps only for use in Oestrogel bottle?

Hi quick question would be really grateful for advice. Last few nights not been able to sleep again. Looked at oestrogel instructions and it says to use 30 pumps from each bottle only. I’ve realised I’ve been using the same bottle for 35 days. Anyone done this before? Does that mean my oestrogen will be low again? Thanks!

I've been using Oestrogel for some time and I didn't know that! (I knew I should have read that leaflet).

No idea of the answer OP, but watching with interest.

Have just checked mine - bottle and leaflet both say 64 metered pumps. Where are you reading about the 30 pumps?
