HRT for perimenipause??

Hey,

I think I'm at that stage and think perimenipausal. I'm due to see the specialist soon and my GP hinted at it. But I don't really know much about perimenipause.... I definitely have lower libido, fatigue, night sweats, sore joints, irregular periods when were normally regular etc ... This has been going on a couple of yrs.
The thought of living like this or getting worse for years is worrying.
Is it possible to get HRT to balance things out even if it's only perimenipause and not full menopause?? It's a subject I don't know much about x

Yes, absolutely. That's the whole point of HRT initially. After full menopause you might want to taper it off to see how you get on without it.
