Insomnia during perimenopause

I am desperate for a solution to my insomnia which has been an ongoing issue for the last 2 years. I am 48 and definitely perimenopausal. I was taking Femoston 10mg, but suffered with such bad breast pain that I had to stop.
I am lucky if I get 4 hours per night, which is just not enough sleep for me. I have taken over the counter tablets (phernagan, sleepeaze) and while they do help a bit, they are not really that effective.
Has anyone else found a solution for their insomnia? I have tried ALL the sleep hygiene tips, but to no avail.
