No period first cycle on utrogestan

Hello , I started my first month of one pump of oestrogel and 100mg utrogestan for 12 days (vaginal) starting day 15

I’m 48 and have regular periods but had been getting quite low mood /pmt and lowering libido

My cycle is usually 28 days and regular but am now day 30 and nothing !

Do I need to let my dr know? Have a 3 monthly review booked in ... or is this common when body is adjusting ? I also had Pfizer this month so maybe it’s that??

Is the 3 monthly review with your GP? They might request bloods to check your hormone levels. I hope you don't have to wait long until the review. I would definately mention the it, and the fact you had the vaccine. Good luck OP

Yes it’s with my GP (who has v good rep for HRT regimen )

I was sure I ovulated this month as had so many signs but maybe it was the oestrogen effect !

Anyone else has this experience ?
