How long for symptoms to return after stopping HRT?

I took my last HRT tablet about 10 days ago, the gp wanted me to record my blood pressure for a week before represcribing. I haven't recorded my BP and I've also felt absolutely fine. I'm now thinking perhaps I could stop HRT but I'm sure 10 days isn't enough to judge! When should I see a return of hot flashes and terrible mood?

My symptoms restarted in about 10 days.

Problem was,when I went back on to HRT, it took 2 weeks to 'work'!
