Deep in peri -menopause. Experience hot flushes on and off but nothing consistent. I go out into the heat and I start to drip with sweat, whereas a few years ago this wouldn't happened.
Anyone else suffering in the heat? I feel fortunate I haven't (currently) got this all year round but really struggling in the hot weather and can't wait for it to cool down. Some people are really loving the heat and I haven't got a tribe to moan to but I've had enough of the hot weather (already).
