Flushes in this heat 🥵

Absolutely suffering with hot flushes & no sleep.

Same! Except I've had it constantly since I was 16! Don't think it's Menopause related as I've had a child since but it's getting worse & worse.

This heat is horrendous isn't it?!

I'm contemplating buying a dog cool pad for my bed, so you have sympathy from me. 🔥

Ooh another night no sleep. Windows open & fan on.
Yes I might try to get some sort of cool pad for bed too. Good idea.
