I was prescribed Oestrogel x 2 pumps a day and utrogestan x 1 a day. My doctor asked to make an appointment to speak to her in one month, I have just phoned the surgery and the soonest she can see me is 2 months after I started the HRT. She did mention that she may up the dose after one month, so my question is should I start using 4 pumps of oestrogel after one month if I am not feeling any different, or wait until I have spoken to my doctor .
