I keep having hot flashes during the day. Dry heat, no sweat. It's mainly my back, my face doesn't flush. I often wake up feeling a bit sick and fuzzy headed.
When this happens I feel nauseous and awful. I'm off to to Holland and Barrett tomorrow in the hope of something that will help. The weather is not helping at all.
