I am on hrt

2 pumps gel all the time
2tabs for two weeks and then 2 week gap

My friend is I'm on 1 pump and 1 tab continually . No gap ?

I don't feel any better on my regime. Boobs are very sore feel fat etc.

Would there be any reason. And should I try her method.

Daily Utrogestan is usually for women who are not having natural periods anymore.

2 pumps if the usual dose.

1 pump is very low.

You don't need to take 2 weeks of Utrogestan. You can use 12 days and some women use 10 if they are very sensitive to it.
Ask your friend why she's been given what she has?
