Turned 50 this year. Periods changing over the past few years from heavy and irregular to now closer together and shorter.
Head is a mess and my usual pmt symptoms can pop up at anytime during the month.
I wake up about 3 times a night. Sometimes in a sweat.
I feel sick about 10 days before my period is due most mornings and for a good chunk of the day. It feels like a milder version of morning sickness. I get a bit lightheaded and just feel generally ill.
My breast are tender all month but get worse about 10-14 days before I’m due.
Latest one is a discharge from my nipples.
I went to the doctor just to be prudent and am getting a referral to breast clinic and bloods done.
I’m just utterly fed up of feeling like this. Someone please tell me I’m not alone and they get these symptoms too.
