I’m 37 and I feel I’ve been peri menopausal for the last year. I’ve not been to the doctors but have posted on here a few times with symptoms.

My cycles have been getting shorter and are now 25 days. Until this month. I am a week late now and definitely not pregnant. At what point would the period be classed as late? At the point my next period would be due? If I miss this one I’ll visit the doctors

I would count at the point the next on is due. Up until then it would be late/very late.
