Hi
Is there any creams anyone knows of or anything to help with libido?

I use vaginal pessaries. They help. A bit. But it's not like it was Blush

I understand the only way is to take testosterone, which you can only do if you have a very sympathetic doctor and are on HRT (unless you want to grow a beard!). Frustratingly it's not actually licensed for women in the UK even though pre-meno we make 4x as much testosterone as oestrogen so it's our bloody hormone! I started it today and will report back!

Are you already taking HRT? I'm on my first month of cyclical HRT (estradiol gel every day and utrogestan pills on days 15-26 of cycle) and my libido has suddenly returned after being absent for about 3 years.

I take testosterone in a cream form. It is called Androfemme and is prescribed privately for me by Newson Health. It is specifically formulated for use by menopausal women and licensed in Australia and is imported from there. It depends on your dosage but it costs me about £80 a month. It has certainly revived my libido.

I should add that I use the Androfemme alongside a conventional combined HRT regime.
