Hi. I administered my first one last night and first thing today I felt sick and my joints ache. Coincidence? I did have to sleep in the sofa(don't ask!) so might be that.

Coincidence. The dose is minute. If you use it for a whole year it's the same amount as 1mgs pill ( a daily dose) of HRT.
