How to apply Ovestin

Help please!

I've been prescribed pessaries for vaginal dryness and Ovestin for my vulva but the instructions for the Ovestin say to apply it vaginally - I thought I'd be smearing it on my vulva. Can I just apply it there? Both the pessary and cream in my vagina seems a little overkill, whilst my poor vulva doesn't seem to be getting any treatment!

@SuperMoonIsKeepingMeUpToo late reply to you as just seen this, but yes you can apply the Ovestin just externally as you've got the pessaries for vaginal use. It should help a lot, make sure you do the two week loading dose of your pessaries.
