So my go-to methods of low carb no longer work for weight loss. I’m going to assume I now need to count calories which I honestly have never managed to do successfully ever. Like I start well and then just sack it off by day three 🤦🏻♀️
I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, I don’t eat sugar, so no sweets, no sodas, no crap food at all. My downfall is dairy and fat. Love butter and cheese and milk. Eat tiny amounts of low carb bread. Love vegetables and often have a bowl of peas with Mayo. So my calories are primarily coming from fat.
I have put on 11 pounds in a year. I know that for me to lose in the past I had to feel hungry. I had to fast for around 20 hours a day or minimum 16:8. I’ve lost enthusiasm for it. I kind of feel defeated and tearful. I honestly don’t know what to do. I’m high end of healthy so not yet overweight, but I’d like to lose half a stone at least and having tweaked my portion sizes the last week I’ve stayed exactly the same.
