Letdown feeling

So so strange.
I sometimes get what I can only describe as a breastfeeding letdown feeling.

I stopped BF 8 years ago so obviously it's nothing to do with the actual BF I did.

I should say I had a clear mammogram in January and also had a breast clinic check only last week because I thought I had a lump (it was my ribs).

Oh I had that a couple of times recently! I'm 42 and on HRT due to early menopause, although I breastfed 18-month old DD for five months or so, so it wasn't that long ago for me. It felt very odd!

(Note - DD was a result of donor egg IVF, in case you're thinking "but how . . ." Grin)
