I have just been prescribed Femoston (my first HRT) and it seems from the packet that I take tablet 1 irrespective of where I am in my cycle - I happen to be on day 15 of a cycle that fluctuates from 23 to 27 days.
Could someone confirm whether I do indeed start on tablet 1?
