Apologies if I haven’t searched the board very well but can anyone recommend a good book on menopause?

I remember reading “taking charge of your fertility” when I was trying to conceive and suddenly understanding my cycle completely! It was like the answer to all the questions I didn’t even know I should ask!

Is there something similarly brilliant on the menopause or do I have to read them all?

I am reading The Change by Germaine Greer at the moment. I always thought she was an annoying angry person so I never read her before. However - the scale and depth of the book is impressive as is her compassion for women’s journey. She makes very interesting reading.

I'm reading Peri-Menopause Power by Maisie Hill, recommended by my GP. The style is twee AF in places, but when she stops comparing hormones to celebrities, the information is good and useful, I'd definitely recommend it.
