Ok sorry for this, but for the last few years I wake in the night with a kid of hot flush then within 5 mins I need a poo.
Is this an actual hot flush and I've just been too stupid to realize? Do other people get this?
I'm 50 so old enough, angry enough with occasional crippling brain fog to be in périménopause. Last period was 15 days.
