Started Evorel Conti today - feeling nervous

Hello
My main problem is brain fog, waking early and not being able to get to sleep and joint pain. Also anxiety but not sure if that is other causes.....
I've been diagnosed Evorel Conti which I've started today.....the patient leaflet of all the side effects gave me a panic and google is making it worse.....I feel very nervous about what might happen now. Seems like I could end up with much worse problems than I have now..
Please let me know your positive stories of how HRT changed your life (for the better!) or what I should look out for.....I'm 48....

I have been on Conti for 4 months. Joyfully the rage, anxiety and panic attacks have gone. I do feel more myself.

I really wish they could do more for nearly 4 stone of weight gain and having no get up and go!

I’ve just started on this. I’ve finished my first packet with no period yet. Is that normal? I was having a semi-regular cycle before I started (cycle was 21-35 days).
I’ve not had a migraine since I started on the patches, normally I’d have 1-2 per cycle.

Just started this, sounds positive so far. Fingers crossed it helps me with my sleep and brain fog.

I’m on the Conti too
I’m about 6 weeks in and all the hot flushes are gone, as is the insomnia I feel so much better 🙂
The only side effect I’ve had is vague crampy pains as if I’m going to have a period, but nothing so far.

@Juliecloud you shouldn’t be on the Conti unless you’ve had no period for at least a year. It should be the Sequi.

Started evorel sequi last week. Am on day 5. I feel a little bit worse with my anxiety and slightly dizzy and brain fog. Is this normal whilst my body gets used to it. Any advice please much appreciated
