Really sore boob pre period

I’m 50 and still having regular periods, although they’re a little too regular at the moment, between 19 and 25 days.
I had such a sore boob this month and am glad it’s gone now I’m on my period.
I’m already on EPO so what can I do ?

I use to up my dosage of EPO the week before my period, hard when more irregular. But would say maybe before day 10 take a lower dose then increase it to full wack and see if that helps?
