Extreme tiredness after period

Is this a sign of low oestrogen?

Iron is ok. Starts on day 2 and I'm always very weak.

Extreme Tiredness at certain times of cycle was one of my symptoms pre HRT
Have been taking for 6 weeks and vastly improved so in my case I would say yes
Overall my energy levels are through the roof with maybe only a handful of proper lethargic days

It's not thyroid either. On thyroxine and been altering a bit. Makes no difference!

I sometimes get very tired during my period, it feels like living my life in a bowl of porridge. Everything is such hard work, I just want to lie down.
