Hi I am 46 and have been on HRT for 18 months. Due to not being able to have a coil fitted I was initially placed on tablets which made a huge difference to my symptoms. Due to needing contraception 6 weeks ago I had the Mirena fitted and have been using Evorel 50.;
My anxiety has been fine and I feel relatively calm however my sleep is hit and miss, sex drive in nil and I have bleed every day since it was fitted. 2 distinctive periods but every other day has been bloody discharge. I am due to a smear check soon but wanted some advice before heading to the docs as they offer very little help and guidance in the menopause.
Not sure if it's the patch or coil I am not getting on with.
