Hi all, I have been using Elleste Duet 1mg and I’m day 6 into the progesterone tablets but they are not agreeing with me at all. My anxiety has ramped way up since 2 days into the green tablets, leaving me shaking/trembling almost constantly, feeling nauseous and causing stomach pain. The oestrogen tabs were ok but I did feel quite hot/sweaty in bed towards the end of those which I thought they were supposed to stop? My periods were always fairly sedate affairs so this is nowhere near the norm for me. I appreciate it’s early days but I couldn’t stomach taking my tablet last night for fear of making things worse. So, I’m waiting on a call back from my GP and hoping to change to either a patch or gel and micronised progesterone (uterogesterone I think?). I’m wondering however if I need to finish out the remaining Elleste before switching? I really don’t think I can bear it tbh. Also, I’ve read on here that it’s possible to administer the utergesterone vaginally. Does anyone know whether this would lessen any potential anxiety related side effects? Thanks in advance Smile
