Constantly thirsty?

I started using Estrogel on the 27th May and almost instantly I'd wake up with a really thirsty sore head, as though I'd drunk a bottle of wine the night before (when I definitely hadn't) which dragged on through the day despite copious amounts of water. It carried on each day and I wondered if it was my hay fever, maybe it's not the gel, etc. Then on the 1st I started the Progesterone tablets and the thirst and headaches were gone. I've just realised today (2/3 days after finishing the 12 day course) the thirst and headache are back with a vengeance. Does anyone else get this? Is it going to happen every month??

Also slightly worried as for the last night two nights I've really struggled to get to sleep when in the past I've been fine for sleeping. The progesterone tablets almost seem to have damaged my ability to drop to sleep easily? Any thoughts?

It's hard to understand how estrogen- which you'd have naturally- could do this.

If you are constantly thirsty, maybe see your GP to have your blood sugar tested, ( check for diabetes) or buy a blood sugar test kit from Amazon/ chemists to check it.

Utrogestan is a sedative- hence the instructions to take it at night.

It sounds a bit odd, so maybe see what happens over the next few days?
