I've just started on Evorel Conti patches and feeling a bit nervous.
I'm mid fifties and was trying to put up with the hot flushes, but the night sweats/insomnia have ground me down. My doctor (female) told me I was going feel 'wonderful' 
Please tell me how they work for you...
