Cooling pillow

Any recommendations for a cooling pillow for a hot sweaty tired middle aged and fed up woman! UK if relevant. Thank you Smile

Not a pillow but a life changer our dog has a chill mat that we got him ages ago but he won't share!!!! Called in Aldi and special buy this week large size pet cooling mats £7.99 what a difference it has made I have it at the end of the bed and it keeps my legs cool and I have slept much better. They have smaller ones that you could place in top if pillows if that would help.
