The prescription from the GP says 14 days, the leaflet says 12 and there are 30 tablets in the packet!

Yesterday was my first time taking it as it was day 15, but I don't know whether to stop on day 26 or day 28. I guess 2 days doesn't make a huge difference.

For some weird reason it looks as if all GPs are saying 14 days Hmm
Do they never read the patient leaflet in the box?

It's 12 days.

Ignore the 30 per box. That is because it's the same packaging for different doses depending on peri meno or post meno (some women take 100mgs - 1 tablet) every day for a month= 30 in a pack.

I was told by my GP you can't take it every day as it can cause the womb lining to build up but I'm now on the break after reading the instructions and I feel horrible.

It's the opposite. Progesterone stops the womb lining building up. Women whose periods have stopped take oestrogen and progesterone every day.
