I am having a hysterectomy next week - can you give me recovery tips please

I have done research on the op, and spoken to the hospital physio. Packed a bag like it’s a ‘maternity bag’. Bought loose fitting clothes. Filled my freezer up. Support system ready to go.

But I am not sure what I should know and don’t know
