achy legs and headaches

Hi, am fairly new to the peri menopause journey and still coming across new symptoms; the latest being achy/crampy calf muscles. Also more frequent headaches, which I guess are to be expected with changes in hormones.
Regarding the legs, has any found any supplements or vitamins that relieve the ache? Legs also intermittently restless which is driving me nuts.
I'm tired and overall feel really meh this evening.

Magnesium!
I had achy legs and shoulders and regular migraines. Horrible.
Nurse friend suggested magnesium.
Helped it straight away.

HRT - helped with the aches.

Magnesium tablets? Or cream/spray? What dose do you take? Thank you.

Magnesium is best absorbed through the skin. A bath in Epsom salts is amazing for aches. You can dissolve them in water and spray the solution on too. Or you can buy gorgeous but pricey magnesium sprays. HRT is wonderful.

…Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate.

Thank you! I will get some purchased! I had the coil put in a week ago so think hormonally things are currently very noticeable. Hoping it will settle down.
