Not on anything have decided I might try this form of HRT as I understand it’s better for migraine sufferers. Has it worked for you?

Almost all HRT now is body identical. The estrogen in many tablets and patches is body identical, as is gel.
There is only one type of progesterone that is- it's called utrogestan so if you use that, it needs to be used alongside an estrogen-only patch, tablet or gel.
