Has anyone taken tibolone and kept the Mirena coil. The leaflet says you shouldn’t have any other progesterone with it but the nurse didn’t seem concerned about leaving it in. I’ve just had chemical induced menopause injection and using tibolone as add back therapy. Is it ok to keep Mirena alongside this ?
