I started everol sequi 50 patches 6 weeks ago and the 3 weeks or so I felt absolutely amazing. Hot flushes vanished, mood was much better, joints stopped aching etc. It was like a whole new lease of life. Then in the second week of the progesterone patch I felt like I had very bad pmt which sort of lifted once I went back to the oestrogen ones but I certainly didn’t feel as good with the second round. Then as soon as I started the second lot of my progesterone I started bleeding (the same day) and 2 weeks on I’m still bleeding! Also the past 2 days I’ve felt horribly sick, like morning sickness. It’s completely debilitating.
Can anyone offer any advice? My GP said it can take 3 months to level out and I’m only 2 months in but I feel absolutely dreadful. Really awful headache that comes and goes too and I’ve never had headaches before! I’m also feeling horribly anxious and down. Much worse than pre-hrt and this was one of my main reasons for hrt.
The first few weeks were so good too
