Oestrogel / Utrogestan - what would the cyclical regimen be?

Hi, I have just started taking oestrogel (2 pumps) and utrogestan (100mg a day) so I'm on the continuous regimen. Does anyone know what the cylical regimen would be on 2 pumps of oestrogel per day? I'm not technically postmenopausal yet and am thinking about cylical might be better.

Hi I'm on cyclical and 2 pumps estrogen gel daily and 200mg utrogestan ( 2 x 100mg tablet) every day of days 15 to 26 of cycle, so for 12 days of each month. This can be calendar monthly, I do my 12 days from the 1st of each month which is easy. I was advised to do this despite my periods being irregularish, as in I miss the odd one and my cycle varies from 26 to 54 days.

Thank you very much , my cycle is very irregular, but I haven't been more than 4 months without a period so am thinking maybe the cyclical regimen would be better.

Just wondered, what do you do for the last few days of the month (day 29-31)?

I just continue with the daily estrogen alone.

Yes I'm incredibly forgetful so taking it from the 1st of each month is the only way I can remember 🤣

I do the cyclical regime too.
I take 2 utrogestan tablets from the 1st to 12th of every month and apply the gel every day.
That way it’s easy to remember when to take the tablets and know that I will have a bleed from about 13th each month.

Im on my second month of HRT. I take the tablets days 15 to 26. I started the process on the 1st of the month-do you take the gel every day with no breaks? I have the gel sachets and I think I have about 28 in a box so wondered what to do for the rest of the month?
