new to estradiol patches

Hi,can anyone help me? I used to be on novofem oestregen and progesterone tablets but have been swapped to estradiol 25 patches and utrogestan tablets. It wasn't explained to me how to take them other than to take the tablets day 15-26. I think I've done something stupid and misinterpreted that and taken just the tablets on those days without the patches being on as well? I can't find anything concrete written down either on the leaflet or online- other than on the leaflet it says not to take a break in the estradiol- which I took to mean don't skip a day. I feel so thick and have just had 12 miserable days on the tablets only with awful dry skin and eyes and bad sleep. Can anyone clarify for me how to take these two things please?

I am on patches and Utrogestan. As far as I know you are supposed to wear a patch all the time. I was told to. Certainly if you are taking oral HRT such as Femoston (not sure of the ones you took but you can probably Google) every single tablet contains oestrogen but only some contain progesterone. I agree with the advice to check with pharmacist or GP. Or check the leaflet that came with the patches, if you still have it.

Thankyou so much for the reply- the leaflet is very ambiguous and I obviously needed it spelling out in simple terms- my GP didn't know when I queried should I put the patch on on day 26 or do last utro tablets on day 26 then patch day 27 so she referred me to look at leaflet. Will check with pharmacist on Tuesday but thanks so much for your help!
