Constant Brown Spotting Perimenopause

Just wondering if anyone had experienced this. Im 53 and definitely perimenopausal! Periods now very erratic but in the last two weeks I have had constant brown spotting. Not even enough for a pad and certainly an improvement on the horribly heavy periods of the last two years but still a bit annoying! Anyone else? Thank you.

Would you try a Mirena coil to hopefully stop it and end any periods ?

See your GP. I had the same problem and was referred on the two week urgent cancer referral. It’s very important to get any unusual bleeding investigated. It’s probably nothing but it needs checking.
