I'm 42 and definitely been peri since almost the day I turned 40.
My boobs have typically been swollen and sore for 3-4 days before my period (which has been all over the place, I have skipped whole cycles recently).
However they're now sore ALL the time, beginning approx 3 weeks ago.
Does this mean I'm getting near actual menopause?? Or just part and parcel of the unpredictability of Peri...
