I’m 48, perimenopausal and have just started Estrogel and Utrogestan. My GP was pretty clueless and told me to follow the instructions in the pack so I’m doing two pumps daily plus 200mg for 12 days a month. Thing is: my periods are all over the place and I have just come off a 65 day cycle. I started the Estrogel on day 9 of this cycle so when should I start the Utrogestan?
