changing from patch to estrogel

Hi hoping some of you knowledgable ladies are about to help. I've had my prescription changed as me and the gp decided i needed more estrogen but cannot continue with the patches I was on ( evorel sequi) as apparently they don't come in a higher dose than 50 mcg estradiol , so I've been switched to Estrogel 750mcg / actuation gel and directed to use one pump daily which I believe gives me 0.75mg or 750mcg of estradiol?? Am I thick or is the maths way off? I've been sat with a calculator trying to make sense of it all. Help!!
Also; should I rip off my existing patch and start smearing this on right away or wait until tomorrow; and is there any better time of day to apply?

This is my third lot of Hrt October last year, first the pump stray which l kinder liked but they stopped prescribing it as they couldn't get it no more, so then the evorel 50 patches which have been really good apart from a few night flushes, so now lm on the Oestrogel which is what l should of been on originally but it was out of stock back then, a little worring as this seems to happen alot 😔. Anyways l also rang my doctors and said l feel like l need to up my dose, which l didn't know you could do until l listen to Davina's insta post the other day about menopause and Hrt increase if its not suiting you ect..
So lm thinking 2 pumps of the gel and see how l feel 🙏

Hiya can someone give me advice please I am currently using sequin evorel patches but has now been changed over to the oestrogel and been give utrogestan aswell I have been told off other people you take the tablets at night but do I switch straight over or do I need to wait to the start of my period or when I finish I am so confused
