Can anything slow down perimenopause?

Wishful thinking perhaps - but is there anything I can to do slow it down?
I'll do anything to delay actual menopause!

Isn’t that because so many people are overweight & inactive?

I wanted to reassure the OP that life after menopause can be better than it was when menstruating, maybe not for all women but definitely for some.

Not to be flippant, but I think the only way I know of likely to delay it is to have another baby, which presumably isn't on the cards/a choice at this point.

But age of last baby seems to be a factor in delaying start of menopause and peri-menopause.

I am curious if other things would, as well as removing symptoms, slow it down - I feel like hormones are so under-researched, especially menopause.
