When will I feel like I felt before ! I had to come off hrt for a procedure and now have restarted the sandrema and progesterone via a Mirena coil. I’ve taken it now for last 2 nights and still feel flat tired and achey like I did before I went on hrt 2.5 years ago ! I want to at least get bank to feeling like I’ve felt like the last 2.5 years which was slightly better in energy and mood ! I suppose it might take a week or two ?

I went onto HRT 35 years ago and it changed my life. I will never be without it. I will take my last tablet on the day I die.

Op I've started hrt 5 weeks, ago and I had a chat with my gp the other day who told me it takes up to 6 weeks to get the benefit although for some people it's much sooner.

Officially it’s 3 months (Newson told me) but I think it varies a lot
