Can Vagifem cause nose bleeds?

I've never had a proper nosebleed in my life before. Started using Vagifem on Saturday night, I've had three quite heavy nose bleeds already this morning. (I also had the Covid vaccine last Weds, but I don't think it's that.). It's not in the leaflet as a side effect, but I found something American on Google that says it's a possibility.

Should I try and speak to my GP, have a word with the pharmacist who dispensed them or just accept that these things happen?

There is no connection whatsoever. :)

Using Vagifem for 2 days a week for a whole year is the equivalent of ONE daily, 1mg , pill on HRT.

It's more likely to be the vaccine. I had mine weeks ago and a few hours later had a very light nose bleed, never having had one for years.
