HRT and endometriosis

I'm 45 and have had surgery to remove endometriosis, I'm also as typing burning up again.. my whole body is aching and I'm the most snappy moody person I've ever been, I'm not even sure I like myself much right now.

I was on the combined pill for a year to control endometriosis symptoms prior to surgery but that made me fell awful, just a bit dead inside.

And now I'm in a limbo and can feel symptoms increasing but I'm not sure where to turn?

Do I try another pill? Find a HRT expert who understand my condition? The last thing I need is more oestrogen in my body.

I'd love periods to stop completely as they are agony, but I can't stand a coil at all as I can't even have examinations without pain.

I'm working on nutrition with a coach, I'm getting exercise in and looking after myself but can't work out my next step.
