Utrogestan and joint aches?

My GP (Newson Clinic) has advised me to double my daily dose of Utrogestan for a while, as I've been having quite a lot of bleeding since increasing Evorel patch to 100.
She's also reduced the patch to 75, and I'm having bloods done for oestradiol levels (oestrogen), after which she'll advise me on further actions.
I've been having joint pain since the utrogestan was increased: could that be the cause?
I don't think it's due to the reduction in oestrogen patch, as I had this lower dose previously and didn't have joint aches.
