Could this be peri menopause?

So 5 years I developed very severe breast pain, after investigation it was put down to hormones and I was prescribed EPO and painkillers.I plodded along and just changed bras and accepted they were painful. Then a year ago I started with ovulation pain for the first time ever. 6 months ago I started to get very persistent period pains and bloating. Blood tests and scans ruled out anything sinister but my ovary follicles and womb lining were unusually small/thin. Now since Christmas I have barely been able to sleep even though I am exhausted and I have this awful feeling of nausea (like morning sickness) ,dizziness (vertigo) and headaches from ovulation onwards and anxiety is through the roof. Could these all be linked to meno? In hindsight it all seems to have started since my mirena was removed 5 years ago. Until then I had always either been on contraceptive hormones or pregnant ( so 21 years!)

I suppose what I am asking is could they all be peri menopause symptoms ( inc nausea and vertigo) or should I persist with getting GP to investigate further.

I'm questioning similar. I feel I'm a tangle of symptoms and not sure what might be peri hormonal imbalance and what might be low iron (previous issues) low b12, vit d or something else. I'm going to ask for a blood test I think.

Last summer I was ill for a month. I've thought it was possible covid but was pre testing so I'll never know. But I seem to hav recurring symptoms alone same lines.

Mine is morning sickness type feeling ( Def not of) , cold and shivery, headaches, joint pain and exhaustion..and sometimes, for good measure, my stomach churns and feels off.

Urgh. It sucks.

Could you get a new mirena?

I have nausea and joint pain. I'm on novofem hrt which helps a little with pmt symptoms but does nothing for the nausea or joint pain. I've been mainlining naproxen for 2 years now, not great. Anyway, to answer your question, yes they could definitely be perimenopause symptoms.
