utrogestan experiences?

Hi i am about to start the utrogestan part of my HRT for the first time and am slightly scared it's going to make me feel awful. My worst symptoms are mood-based.

Any experiences?

I take it at bedtime as it’s supposed to make you feel sleepy so it’s a huge thumbs up from me!
FWIW I used to feel shit on the progesterone pills in the HRT tablets (Elleste)

I take one at bedtime every day (alongside the mini pill and oestrogel) and find it great! It’s helped me get my sleep back and I have no side effects.

Just putting it out there as well - some people do have gastric issues on them but these can be avoided by inserting the tablets vaginally. They are licensed for this in many other countries but obviously talk to your menopause specialist first.

I take mine at night-haven’t found the blissful aid for sleep but also no other issues either

I had the implant for my contraception previously & meno spec. said that if you coped with that then you should have no problems with progesterone
