Hi all, can anyone please let me know what
perimenopause they've had or experiencing?? I'm almost 40 and I keep getting hot flushes and I feel my period symptoms are getting worse- bad cramping, nausea, heart palpitations, really bad diarrhoea...etc etc.... thanks.....
