Did anyone see Dr Louise Newson on Lorraine this am?

She was really brilliant and made everything very clear.

I was impressed they dealt with the subject and Lorraine said Louise had saved her sanity. Personally.

(I do not normally watch Lorraine!)

Her website has loads of videos and podcasts.

I know JHB, I was just so pleased to see her on a mainstream TV programme.

Raising awareness basically. Was really great!
