Too warm at night but no sweat

At night I am always too warm but no sweating. It's a horrible dry heat. Is this a perimenopause issue?

I have this and the doctor is increasing my dose of HRT (I use the patches) so it may be worth speaking to your GP

I have just come onto to mumsnet to search for this! The last 2 nights I have been cooking from the inside but no sweating and no temperature but absolutely fine during the day though.

I couldn’t sleep last night as could not get comfortable, too warm with duvet and too cold without. Think it must be hormonal as my period is due this week, I think anyway.

I have been on hrt for 4 weeks now.

It definitely seems to be worse in the week before my period. I've never had any hot flushes during the day (I'm 49)
